Under a new management structure from 2025, we are now looking looking to expand our team and will consider a wide range of applications from management to part time help…

A fun personality and sense of humour will allow for an enjoyable working environment, where the successful candidates will work in a team situation. Where the whole team is focussed on giving our customers the best experience, in our bar, restaurant, kegelbahn and for private events.

The nature of our business will require working unsociable and seasonal hours, to include evenings, bank holidays and weekends.

Key points that are essential:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized bar service  area
• Handle cash and digital transactions and operate the register
• Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Proven experience as a bartender / server or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude
• Must be of legal drinking age
• Spoken Swiss German essential

Key points that would be a bonus:

• Knowledge of Craft & Traditional Beer styles
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques
• Mix and garnish cocktails according to recipes or customer preferences
• Spoken English a distinct advantage
