Commitment to Black and White

For most of my work I prefer black and white photography. Giving up color reveals a world of nearly forgotten beauty: the world of light and shadow. The monochrome view assists me in intensifying impressions taken from reality. On the other hand, I do enjoy color photography, especially for landscapes.
